We DO NOT charge on top of materials. We DO NOT charge on top of subcontractors. We organize competitive bidding for your projects (contractors and materials), provide recommendations and references, estimate budgets and timelines, draft plans and process permits. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO GET YOUR PROJECT DONE WITHOUT A GENERAL CONTRACTOR.

 

KENNA Construction Management&Design is a San Diego project management company with a different work methodology. We take a different approach to construction projects by taking the mystery out of contractors and their so called "overhead." Traditional contractors have no real reason to provide a cost and time efficient solution for your project needs since most are paid through "overhead fees" on top of subcontractor costs and materials bought. In either case there is no incentive for these typical construction companies to search for deals on materials, hunt and negotiate sub-contractor bids, or basically pass the buck to the owner or developer.
